Jamey gives an update on Brian Frons' visit to New York City and what he's heard about which AMC stars are moving to L.A. Should a daytime soap be like Melrose? Jamey doesn't think so. Did General Hospital's special carnival event breathe new life into the show? The DC gang discusses whether or not Claudia saw Kristina in the rubble. Liason's brief scenes warmed Jamey's heart. They also choose their honorable and dishonorable mentions. On-Air On-Soaps' Michael Fairmen joins Luke and Jamey at the end of the episode for a segment to clear the air on what happened to the Guiding Light tribute at the Daytime Emmy awards, why it was cut short and how he fought for it to have more prominence. He also answers questions such as whether or not it would have been possible to cut Vanessa Williams' second dance number and why Sesame Street received a longer tribute than Guiding Light. |

Daytime Confidential's Jamey finally met one of his favorite actors face-to-face on the red carpet at last weekend's 36th Annunal Daytime Emmy Awards and invited him on for today's episode of the podcast.
